- Gather necessary props like yoga mat yoga blocks,diya and a copper pot.
- Find a quiet, ventilated, peaceful spot for practice.
- Establish a consistent sleep schedule: Gradually adjust your sleep timings to wake up during Brahma Muhurta. Sleep maximum by 10PM.
- Approach with an open mind: Be receptive to the experience.
During your menstrual cycle, avoid stimulating breathwork like Kapalbhati. Instead, focus on soothing deep breathwork. Rest you can do the remaining sadhana as it is.
