No prior yoga experience is needed, but a dedicated mind is essential to wake up early and commit to these transformative practices.

  1. Familiarise yourself with Surya Namaskar: You can watch videos on youtube.
  2. Gather necessary props like yoga mat yoga blocks,diya and a copper pot.
  3. Find a quiet, ventilated, peaceful spot for practice.
  4. Establish a consistent sleep schedule: Gradually adjust your sleep timings to wake up during Brahma Muhurta. Sleep maximum by 10PM.
  5. Approach with an open mind: Be receptive to the experience.

During your menstrual cycle, avoid stimulating breathwork like Kapalbhati. Instead, focus on soothing deep breathwork. Rest you can do the remaining sadhana as it is.
